HTF in action to prevent cholera after Sandy

To prevent Cholera after Hurricane Sandy, the Haitian Timoun Foundation, DINEPA (Direction Nationale d'Eau Potable et d'Assainissement or The National Directorate for Water Supply and Sanitation) and MSPP/SE (Ministere Sante  Publique et de la Population or the Ministry of Health) worked together in Lamontagne (Jacmel) and at Trinity House in Jacmel. Below are pictures of Cholera kits including buckets for clean water, soap and aquatabs (water purification tablets).  These kits were distributed in 42 schools in Lamontagne and now all of the students at these schools can wash their hands with clean water and soap.
