NOURISH HAITI NOW

The purpose of HTF is to nourish the human spirit in Haiti. We are committed to standing with the Haitian people regardless of the situation or crisis. Haiti has not held elections since 2016. The increase in political instability and the presence of gang violence throughout the country necessitates urgent relief. We are seeking to Nourish Haiti Now.

We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with SEA HOPE to distribute food and materials to individual families and our partner, Wings of Hope in Haiti. We need your help!

It will cost approximately $20,000 to provide these urgent relief items:

• 135 families will receive enough rice, beans, tuna and cooking oil for 2 months; this food is a lifeline for families whose children will be at home during the summer and not able to receive nutrition from school

• The 34 residents at Wings of Hope will receive enough rice, beans and peanut butter for 4 months

• The adult diapers can only be purchased in Port au Prince, so this provision will prevent staff from having to travel through gang-occupied areas to secure these necessities

• We estimate that each gift of $100 will feed one family for two months!
