In order for Haiti to grow and thrive, it must sustain its own leadership, but decades of repression and injustice have drained Haiti of the professionals it needs to develop. Only 1% of Haitians are afforded a University education and 85% of those who do end up leaving Haiti. This has resulted in a crisis of leadership.
