Frantzo Joseph, one of four HELP students that joined HTF in leading our fourth annual summer camp, has filled the remainder of his summer with an exciting internship.  Frantzo’s internship is with the Economic Department.  His responsibilities include working with seven sectors within the Center for Facilitation and Investments to promote international investment in Haiti.
