Relationships-the real sustainable solution

A recent article from the Partners In Health website describing a water project in Cange highlights the roots of successful partnership:

“It is an extraordinary testament to the bonds of affection that exist between the people of Cange and the people of EDUSC that the sense of shared mission and solidarity has been transmitted from one generation to the next,” said Alison Lutz, PIH’s Haiti special projects manager. “These kinds of relationships are what make development projects sustainable.”

HTF operates on the principle of sustainable solutions based on relationships.  In fact, our relationships with our partners in Jacmel and with Maya led to successful water projects in Jacmel and in Maya’s hometown near Jeremie.
